Have to compare with our new mini 8 years ago and the latest.The salesman over-costed the package, until I had pointed out a similar priced package in the showroom. Little details missing like the flowers, and lack of feedback.
Daniel Davis was attentive to my needs and followed up promptly at every turn throughout the process.
Adrian and his team - particularly Dave Hodges - are the best service guys I have ever encountered in over 30 years as a car owner. Nothing - literally nothing - is too much trouble. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Friendly customer service in the Bath branch. Everyone always seems happy to be working there. Theyll answer all questions too and wont rush you. Everything with the car sorted in little time, and great pricing. I even got a MINI branded bottle!
The sales man that I dealt with was extremly helpful and patient. He explained things very well and didnt patronise me, he Followed up after the purchase and Was very helpful and supportive.
I was pleased, although it's a shame that flowers have been stopped, I was disappointed. Unfortunately my neighbour had told me she had bed. Given some so I was excited by the prospect as I felt it would have been a nice touch

Throughout the process of ordering and waiting for our new Mini to be delivered, we were kept informed and any questions we had were answered. On the day of collection, the team had my Mini ready in the showroom: gift wrapped! A wonderful thought.
Only went in for it's 1st birthday wash & vac but was given a complete health check free of charge which was great service.

This is due to ever aspect of getting my car, to it going into a service.. being taken to work, picked up with my car! My car always comes out looking brand new. They update me during every part of the day I couldnt be happier.
