Dan Davis was a real pleasure to deal with. However, on collection day, I couldn't actually drive my car away due to an issue with DVLA registration and, whilst Dan personally delivered the car to my home that evening, it spoilt the experience.

Our sales executive was excellent & went above and beyond to ensure our purchase went smoothly. He was also a great help in our dealings with the insurance company following flood damage to our previous vehicle.

Jacob was super helpful as always, even when presenting me with a bill for £1,288.87! I must say though, I was really shocked to hear that he doesn't have a Mini company car, like all the salesmen, as surely this is business critical in his position!

Just as I was leaving the car park, the windscreen wiper on the passenger side split. The team immediately found a space to fix this so I could drive off + they did not add a service cost

The person managing my service was very polite but forgot to sort the piece of loose trim out as agreed but they did get it sorted when I arrived. He was also really thorough in chasing a query I had about an accessory part.

I had pre-booked a loaner car but as traffic was heavy back to Bath I elected to wait whilst being serviced. Terry did an excellent job in making sure my mini was dealt with quickly and I was out by about 11am - that was super service.

Had booked in for MOT waiting appointment and was told it would be an hour. On arrival was advised it would be 2 hr. I queried this and was told they'd try and rush it through but id have to forsake a car wash which I agreed. Ended up being 1.45 mins

I take my car to MINI specialists because i expect you to be the experts. There is an orange light on the dash which comes on sometimes, when i said this i was told that it was probably because it needed a service but the light is still on.
