The service reminder for the MOT was not reset and so the service indicator comes on each time I start the car. I do not know how to reset it for the next mot date myself.

I was sent a video showing me the issues that the technician identified. When I went to collect my car, I agreed dates to carry out both pieces of work. I was given good, sensible advice and felt valued and respected.
All the Service personnel were very helpful but I did sometimes have to chase updates as my was car with them for 3 weeks.

The sales staff were fantastic but Mini delivery systems leave a lot to be desired-promises of a delivery date then being phoned at 6 o'clock the night before to be told the car had not arrived and they weren't sure when-difficult for sales staff
It was a disaster. From the outset, I was given the wrong day to take my car in. Then when I arrived at the service desk, I was greeted with terrible customer service. I was to a greater extent told it was my problem and fault. Speechless.
