The reason for this visit was simply to take out the official MINI advanced Eye 2.0 Dash cam system.Not only the worst dash cam Ive known but possibly one of the worst things ever produced by any company.

I spoke to the team before the mini had an MOT and full service sorting out anything that needed to be done was listed and I would be notified if anything further was required. It was convenient that the mini was delivered back to me.

During my visits to Dick Lovett Bath the staff have been courteous and friendly. I feel I have a specific contact at Bath with the salesperson I dealt with which is reassuring. They also undertook additional work I requested during the health check.

The day after my service my mini tyre inflation warning activated. I didn't expect to have that happen a day after the car had been 'serviced', and therefore having to make a trip to get air in them!

The people are pleasant when you finally get through to them, but it takes too long to get through and the wait for the next available service is far too long (5 weeks). Does Dick Lovett have a problem recruiting and retaining service engineers?

Being served by someone who didn't smile at all and just looked grumpy. Not what I was used to from Dick Lovetts @ Bristol. This reminded me why I never bought my cars from Wellsway. I found myself thinking, I will probably go elsewhere next time.
